I am an AHPRA registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, having graduated with a Bachelor of TCM at Western Sydney University. 

  A deep curiosity in health, the human body, and alternative therapeutic practices drew me to the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I found in it a philosophy and health science that accounts for the subtleties and intricacies of a person in the context of their environment. It considers the influences of mental/emotional patterns, the changes of season, the impacts of nutrition and lifestyle, and how these factors shape a person’s state of health.

I was incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Traditional Medicine through students of Ikeda Masakazu Sensei – a revered teacher of the Classical texts and the clinical interpretations of them. I then met my teacher Ilan Ben-Nissan Sensei, who I apprenticed with for two years in his clinic, which introduced me to a committed, contemplative, considered approach to the practice. I continue to study with Ilan Sensei, and his teacher Edward Obaidey Sensei – another revered practitioner and teacher.
